Return & Exchange Policy - Babies World Pakistan

At Babies World, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to facilitate our customers by offering a return or exchange window of 7–8 days from the date of purchase or parcel receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  Price tags must be intact
• A valid purchase invoice, order confirmation email, or screenshot is required

Online & In-Store Purchases

• Online orders must be sent to the Babies World Head Office for return or exchange
• In-store purchases can only be exchanged or returned at the same outlet from which the purchase was made

Inspection & Approval

All return and exchange requests are subject to physical inspection. Babies World reserves the right to approve or decline requests based on product condition.

Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Wrong or Defective Items

In case an incorrect or defective product is delivered, Babies World offers free pickup service for eligible items after verification.

Order Cancellation

Babies World reserves the right to cancel orders if the requested product is out of stock. Customers will be notified accordingly.
